I’m Heleena Oliveira, a Maui REALTOR®-Broker and developer with nearly two decades of experience and more than $100 million in personal closed sales. I specialize in luxury homes, vacant land, CPR developments, rural and agricultural properties, and real estate with untapped potential.
Experience in Homes, Land & Development
I moved to Maui in 1996 at nineteen with little more than a backpack and a bicycle. I raised my two children as their only parent, and understand firsthand what it means to work toward a place to call your own. After purchasing land in Haʻikū, I created a CPR, sold a portion and built the home where I live today.
That experience shapes how I represent my clients. My work extends beyond the sale into zoning, water allocation, infrastructure, permitting and development feasibility. I work alongside architects, engineers, surveyors, contractors, attorneys and Maui County agencies to help clients understand what is possible, what requires further investigation and how to move forward.
